Hannah, Sam, Mandy and their team put on an incredibly powerful retreat. I went in not quite knowing what to expect, but we immediately felt safe, warm and well taken care of. They clearly know what they're doing not just with therapy, but with the medicine, and each session was well integrated so that we felt supported every step of the way.

One of the major impacts of the medicine (combined with therapy) is reduced rumination and hyper-vigilance. I honestly have not experienced a quiet mind since I can remember. This is a true blessing (makes me cry typing it). I feel less chaos and less on constant alert.

I really enjoyed the facilitators - "we got you" attitude followed by aligned actions. I felt like we were their loved ones for the retreat. I liked the levity that we could all bring in to what was otherwise kind of heavy shit (oh I liked the open cursing laws too).

I think the overall vibe was perfect. There was a nice mix of structure that was all carried out or presented in a relaxing or welcoming manner. The structure made me feel like - Hannah, Sam, Mandy care about this event and each of us. And they know what they are doing!! It was so comforting and provided a safe place for all the messy feelings.

Hannah, Sam and Mandy’s personalities are amazing for this, and I am FULLY a believer in what they do, and I will be back! I highly recommend this retreat to anyone wanting to go deeper with their partner and with themselves, who are ready to "get out of their head" and do some real work.

This is beneficial for me as an individual and is starting to have an impact on my perspective of issues in our relationship. I will admit that right now the impacts are more on an individual perspective - but they will pay dividends in my relationship with my husband too. Healing me so we can heal together.
