Our transformation stories

  • "I am FULLY a believer of what they do, and I will be back!"

"Hannah, Sam, Mandy and their team put on an incredibly powerful retreat. I went in not quite knowing what to expect, but we immediately felt safe, warm and well taken care of. They clearly know what they're doing not just with therapy, but with the medicine, and each session was well integrated so that we felt supported every step of the way. Their personalities are amazing for this, and I am FULLY a believer in what they do, and I will be back! I highly recommend this retreat to anyone wanting to go deeper with their partner and with themselves, who are ready to "get out of their head" and do some real work. Thank you all, it was magical!"

  • "I was surprised how much I wanted and needed this connection."

"Prior to this retreat, I (we) had not been on a retreat with this amount of intensive professional therapy - let alone the ketamine. The intimate experience with therapists and other couples surprised me how much I wanted/needed this connection. This connection was/is very positively impactful. Being open hearted and accepted - is a beautiful experience. I went wanting more connection and healing with my husband. And I got that with him and other participants. I felt heard and validated by multiple people when talking. I felt bonded and safe and this allowed me to be more vulnerable - necessary for the hard work we did as a couple."

  • "This was the missing piece in my jealing journey"

“I truly felt like I had tried EVERYTHING to address my mental health struggles coming into this, and now I can confidently say that this KAP experience led me to the missing piece in my healing journey. I never realized what it was like to view myself and my life through this different lens. I never knew what being healed would really look like. This was life changing and you all are so amazing. I can't thank you enough for not only coordinating this KAP experience but also for caring as much as you do for others.”

“One of the major impacts of the medicine (combined with therapy) is reduced rumination and hypervigilance. I honestly have not experienced a quiet mind since I can remember. This is a true blessing (makes me cry typing it). I feel less chaos and less on constant alert. I notice sounds with less of a startle reflex. I don't memorize every single person and what they are wearing at the coffee shop. I catch myself running my hands along the counter top and enjoying that moment of how smooth and lovely it feels. I am starting to understand when people say "be in the moment".
